The Power of Triumphant Faith

Mark 11:23 says, “Whosoever shall say to this mountain (the walls of Jericho) be thou removed and be thou cast in the sea and shall not doubt in his heart and believes that what he is saying one day will come to pass, he will have what he is saying.” If you hold fast this confession and you keep saying it, the above scripture says you will one day have it provided you are declaring the promises of God into your life. However, it says whatsoever things therefore you desire, when you pray believe you have received them. Understand that it is in the place of prayer God will open your ears to hear the instruction that will cause what you are saying to come to pass. When you press into the place of prayer and receive instruction you must follow it with the corresponding action. A corresponding action in this sense has to be an action that is based on a definite instruction you received from God. You cannot say because God has promised you there will be wine in the feast, all you need to do is just to sit down and wait for the wine. That is not a corresponding action. Your action has to be based on the instruction that God gives you.

Every faith instruction is never expensive and it is always simple to carry out. Also, every instruction of faith is always within your reach. That is why it is very important to remove any form of unforgiveness and animosity in your heart before you pray because if you don’t you will not be able to hear from God. Once your heart is clear towards everyone around you God will begin to open up scriptures and a new dimension of things unto you that will instruct you on what steps to take. Never forget you are always one instruction away from a manifestation. For instance, the instruction for Naaman in the scriptures was that he should dip himself into water seven times to receive his healing. The woman with the issue of blood only needed to touch the hem of Jesus garments to be made whole. All these instructions have one thing in common and it’s that they were all simple. Faith is always an action based on an instruction.

I once heard Kenneth Copeland say that in the army you cannot get further instructions from your commander if you do not fulfill the general commandment of that army. As Christians our general commandment from God is love. If you break that commandment, then you have failed in every aspect of faith which means you will not be able to please God and receive from Him. The truth about it all is that if you walk in love you will never hear wrong or amiss. That is why the Bible says, ‘he that worketh in the light stumbleth not (John 11:10). You do not make mistakes when you work in the light. It is when you have some score inside your heart you want to settle or a motive other than love that Satan can use such to trigger you to do something wrong. That is why if you make any wrong decision, go back and ask yourself, where is it coming from? Always know that it is an exaltation of something outside love that produces bad choice.

In conclusion in other to enjoy and show forth what the kingdom of God is truly about to the world, the Love of God must completely overtake us and radiate in everything we do and touch. This is because without love it is impossible to live the life God has planned for us. Therefore, as we enter into the place of prayer let us all consciously express our faith in line with the love of God because without it, we cannot hear from Him and as a result, it will be impossible to see manifestation.
