The Power of Triumphant Faith

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1 vs 5-8).

There are certain things that one must add to one’s faith. The bible tells us that we must obtain salvation by faith through wisdom. There has to be a combination of faith and wisdom for you to get physical manifestation. In the bible we are told about the story of Jonathan who confronted the Philistines with his amour bearer and won the battle. But before the war his father king Saul, commanded everyone in the army to take an oath of no food. But Jonathan knew nothing about the oath and so ate some honey. After the war Jonathan found out about the oath and told them it was because of the honey he took that his eyes were opened. And if everyone had taken out of the honey, the eyes of everyone in the nation of Israel would have been totally enlightened and the victory they obtained over the philistines would have been much greater than what they had. This story shows that victory can come in different measures. Meaning there are degrees and levels in victory. Therefore, if the collective had their eyes of understanding enlightened and all enter into the battle ground with such knowledge, the spoils which they were dividing at that particular point in time would have been in multiple forms because of the collective approach.

This shows you can obtain deliverance but at different levels. It could be 30, 60, 80 or a100 fold. It all depends on your level of enlightenment. The key to victory in anything is for the eyes of your understanding to be enlightened so that you can know and follow what is inside your heart which will lead you into the practical steps you need to take to get results.

In order for the eyes of your understanding to be enlightened you need the wisdom of God. And once you have it your path becomes straight in all you do. The bible says, “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off (Provb 24 vs 13-14). In this scripture Solomon shows us in parable that the eating of natural honey can translate into spiritual activity. This means feeding on the knowledge of the wisdom of God can be likened to the eating of honey. The way you feel when you eat honey is the same way the knowledge of wisdom will be to your soul when you find it – sweet. The sweetness in it is that there shall be a reward and that reward is that your expectation will not be cut off. Therefore, what you expect to happen or what you’ve read in the scriptures or know to be true on the inside of yourself to be what God wants to do in that particular situation will not be cut off. Rather it will turn into an eternal weight of glory for you because you have fed on the knowledge of wisdom therefore; your path will be established.

For instance, there are people pregnant with legitimate expectations from God but do not know what next to do in order for manifestation to take place. What they do not know is that there is something that connects and transforms those expectations into manifestation and it’s the know-how which is the knowledge of wisdom. These are steps that you have got to take in order for things to happen in your life. Therefore, after praying for your desires, ask God to grant unto you the knowledge of His wisdom where your desire is concerned. So that your eyes of understanding can open up to the direction you need to be heading for your desires to manifest.
