The Power of Triumphant Faith

As believers we need to be careful with what we say especially when different events are happening around us. This is because what Satan is really trying to do is to set traps through the event that is happening around to make us say the wrong things. This is because it is only when we talk that he can come and lay a foot hold upon what is going on. Satan does not have a hold until an individual permits him by the use of his own words. Death and life are not in the power of any other thing but in the power of the tongue and those that are making good use of it are eating of its fruit thereof.

Therefore, we need to understand that the essence of man is found in the words that he speaks especially when those words are coming out of the heart of the individual. That is, when the heart and the lips of a person are in perfect agreement concerning anything on the earth; that thing is guaranteed to happen in the life of that particular person no matter what.

It is important we understand what we say and how we say it during the time of crisis because it is very crucial to its outcome. You are on the right path when you go through things and nobody on the outside knows anything about it. This shows you are getting the principle right and also your level of maturity when it comes to life issues. Meaning from your speech there is no connection between the crisis in your life and the words that you are speaking out because there is a total disconnect between the two. By so doing you have created a breach between what Satan intends to do and what God intends to happen in your life.

Know that everybody is going through the same things; it’s just that some people are saying different things. The bible says, the entire affliction that we go through is witnessed by our other brethren around the world (1Peter 5:9). Therefore, everybody is going through challenges and confronting things in their lives daily. The difference in the outcome is just that some people understand the power of the spoken word and they know that what they say during such times will count for everything in terms of the outcome of the situation.

As believers we must take every word that comes out of our lips very seriously so that we do not give Satan any entry into our lives. Therefore we owe ourselves this much to protect our lives, business, career, family and everything that we own with our words. We should always speak live, positive things and above all the word of God into our lives on daily basis because that is the only way we can protect what God has done and what He is about to do in our lives.
